About Us
Antonio Di Santo and Nicolas Avolos aim to serve you the excellent quality of south Italian food culture.
We grew up in Italy with the traditional cuisine and as adults we perfected it.
Learned it by sitting everyday around the kitchen table, observing what was going on and listening to the secrets and stories whispered by our grandparents.
As adolescents, we went out into the world with sharpened senses to learn the different kitchens of the masters.
